1.0 GENERAL FAQ

1.1) Whois?
We're a small business operated by 2 person workforce. Based in Puchong, we make our Bancho Homebrew range, along with Hangsen juices and our CE2 Tube Mod.

1.2) What is E-Juice?
All e-juice contain food flavorings, propylene glycol (PG), vegetable glycerin (VG), may or may not contain nic depending on strength, demineralized water, and possibly sweetener.

1.3) What is PG?
Propylene glycol or 1,2-propanediol, a substance from the family of alcohol in chemistry terms, non-intoxicant. Used as a base ingredient for flavors to dissolve in. Also know as the flavor carrier in juices. Other common uses includes food and beverage, cosmetics, hygiene products.

1.4) What is VG?
Vegetable glycerin or 1,2,3-propanetriol, a substance from the family of alcohol in chemistry terms, non-intoxicant. Used as a base ingredient to produce visible vapor and smoothen out throat hits. Other common uses includes food and beverage, cosmetics, hygiene products.

1.5) What is throat hit?
The sensation of a hit at the back of the throat when when vapers inhale vapor or when smokers inhale cigarette smoke. Predominantly determined by nic strength, higher nic strength will give harder throat hit. PG/VG ratio can be used to alter throat hit of a given nic strength, higher VG percentage gives smoother throat hit.

1.6) Are your e-juice products Halal?
To date, no Halal certificate has been awarded to any e-juice in Malaysia. However we assure you that the PG and VG, flavorings, and sweetener that we use are from non-animal sources. We also do not use any flavorings that are liquor based, and we do not add any liquor to our recipes.

1.7) How do we order from Bancho?
You may not order with us until we resume normal operation. At the moment our juices are only available with our listed official resellers.

1.8) I'm a reseller and I'm interested to sell Bancho products, what should I do?

1.9) I'm allergic to PG, what should I order?
Low PG juice of course in the region of 0PG to 50PG. Well firstly we'd like to say we've met many vapers who claimed that they're allergic to PG, claiming that they get sore throat etc with high PG juice. As it turns out, about 95% of the claims were actually caused by high nic strength not actually PG. We're not saying that your claim is false but do make sure that you're allergic to PG before ordering high VG juices, mainly because VG juices has less intense flavor note a.k.a. not so tasty. Try googling symptoms of PG allergy for reference. Also, refer to Bancho Homebrew FAQ, Icy Coolers doesn't mix well with VG so anything below 20PG is not recommended for Icy Coolers.



2.0 PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

2.1) What payment method do you accept?
At the moment we only accept payments made to our RHB 11407100312529 under Mahfudz Mohamad Nor. Payments from RHB accounts or CDM can be verified instantly. Payments from other banks need to be verified by official receipts which may be sent as photos to us.

2.2) Do you accept payments by Paypal?
We do, however only from buyers outside Malaysia. Paypal info will be provided once payment is required.

2.3) How do we order from Bancho?
Simple, send us your order via SMS or What's App to 019-7798972 (Mahfudz) or to our email banchovapors@gmail.com and wait for us to confirm availability and instruct you to proceed to payment. DO NOT submit any payment before we instruct you to do so. No exceptions to this rule, violators will be refunded.

2.4) How early do you ship out?
Orders of ready made items such as Hangsen juice will require payment by 6pm to ship the next business day. Orders of Bancho Homebrew will depend on the queue, ready date will be advised once orders are confirmed by payment submission.

2.5) How do you ship our orders?
We ship only via Poslaju which offers next day delivery to all major towns in Malaysia. Tracking number will be provided usually at night after the package has been shipped.

2.6) Damage to package
Liquids in bottles when transported by air are very prone to leak due to pressure differences during transport. If the liquid leaks more than 20 percent by volume, we will replace the leaked flavor for free on a condition that it will be included on your next order with us. If the package is lost during shipment, we are not responsible to refund your order. We will however try to rectify the situation with Poslaju and will refund to you what ever amount is compensated by Poslaju.



3.0 BANCHO HOMEBREW FAQ

3.1) What is Bancho Homebrew?
Our DIY homebrew blend using European and USA flavorings and bases, which offers full customization on flavors, PG/VG ratio, various nic strength, and sweeten option. Only our non-sugar based sweetener is locally sourced. Orders are all made upon confirmed payment.

3.2) What sizes do you offer?
Our sampler sizes are 10ml and the regular size is 30ml. We do not have any other sizes than these two.

3.3) What is my order limit?
In the future, unless you're a reseller, you may purchase up to 10 bottles per order.

3.4) What nic strength do you offer?
At the moment we're only offering 6mg/ml and 12mg/ml nic strength.

3.5) What PG/VG ratio do you offer?
Currently we're only offering 70PG, 50PG, and 30PG.

3.6) What's with the PG/VG ratio?
As in the GENERAL FAQ, PG is the flavor carrier while VG is the vapor producer. Every vaper has a preference of the balance between flavor and vapor. Juices with lesser PG tends to have less intense flavor note, while juices with lesser VG tends to produce less vapor. The most popular specs to date is 70PG/30VG. Worth noting that given a nic strength, the juice with higher VG percentage will have smoother throat hit e.g. a 12mg 70PG and 12mg 50PG, the 50PG will have smoother throat hit. If you have no idea what to choose, go with the popular 70PG and if you have to, order some other PG percentage and try it out. For optimum wicking performance, non-fed silica wick cartos shouldn't be used with juices less than 60PG ratio.

3.7) How many flavors can you mix in a bottle?
3 flavors excluding any of the Icy Coolers. Example, melon+raspberry+peach then add menthol. Please when you mix flavors, do use the exact flavor names that we have on the list. Don't simply go and make up names like Peach+Cream or Peach+Mint, we don't have that at least at the moment.

3.8) Why should we sweeten a juice?
It is all down to preference, it can be observed that most people like their juice sweeten for the sweet sensation.

3.9) What type of sweetener do you use?
We assure you that our sweetener is non-sugar based, specifically stevia, therefore shall not cause any sugar related problems.

3.10) Can we ask for more/less flavors in our juices?
Yes you can, because your juices are custom made. We do however advise that you make such requests after you've actually tasted our juices because we have different recipes for different nic strength and different PG/VG ratio. Once you've tried em, we'll be more than happy to do so. FYI, our recipes are at the optimum level for flavor according to our experience, in the mixing business more flavor doesn't always mean more oomph.

3.11) How long can we keep Bancho Homebrew?
Juices with Icy Coolers, best to consume within 2 months as menthol which gives the cool sensation is volatile and will start escaping once mixed. After 2 months the flavor will remain in the juices but the cool sensation will fade. For juices without Icy Coolers, you can keep it for up to 6 months. While keeping, your juice may change color and flavor, this is called steeping. Once again it's up to preference, most vapers like our juice fresh while some vapers like our juices steeped for a bit.

3.12) Should we steep your Bancho Homebrew?
Again, it's down to preference. For juices without sweetener, you can vape it when you receive it. For juices with sweetener, best to let is steep for a day or two upon receipt before vaping em.

3.13) How should we keep our juices?
Simple, out of sunlight and heat. Any places at room temperature will do. For the ones with Icy Coolers, you can keep it in the fridge to make the cool sensation last longer than 3 months.

3.14) Flavor incompatibility issue?
We've found out that our Icy Coolers doesn't mix well with VG alone. The cool sensation is caused by menthol which we think is not soluble in VG, hence if you choose for our Icy Coolers we recommend that you don't go below 20PG for the mixture, else it will not blend well and will separate from the VG as it settles.

3.15) Are any of your flavors incompatible with plastic tanks?
Yes there are. Barley Mint and Cola has been found to be incompatible with plastic tanks and will crack them. The new Lemonice recipe may crack plastic tanks but to date has not been proven to do so. Our menthol flavoring which we add to our juices is compatible with plastic tanks. For the flavors we've identified as incompatible with plastic tanks, it is advisable that you only use them with metal or pyrex tanks.
